The Third Annual African American Cultural Festival will be held September 10-12, in the parking lots at the Canton Negro Oldtimers on Ira Turpin Way NE in Canton, Ohio. The festival will kick off at noon on Friday, September 10. For more information, please call Jennifer at (330) 471-9139.
