In today's society health and fitness is an ever-growing aspect of everyday life. At Mount Union, there are programs in place that not only promote health and well-being, but also create a positive social atmosphere for the campus community.

Schedules are often overflowing with activities, responsibilities, and deadlines, leaving many individuals feeling overwhelmed. Recreational activity can help you deal with the stress of a full life, and help you move toward a healthier, more active, and more balanced lifestyle. Members of the Mount Union College campus community are encouraged to take advantage of all the recreational programs here, including Intramurals, RaiderRobics, and Fitness Facilities.

Through participation in Intramurals, individuals can get fit and enjoy themselves at the same time. The Intramurals program sponsors many events and leagues and has increased its offerings to over ten sports that vary each year.

RaiderRobics offers group fitness classes during the academic year that are free and open to all students, faculty, and staff. There are many different session offerings, from Kickboxing to Cardio Step to Yoga, and over 15 class times to choose from. All fitness levels are welcome! Mount Union also offers state-of-the-art weight room equipment and cardio machines and facilities for individuals to use at their own convenience.
