Raider Men's Golf Team Places Fourth at Hiram Invitational

Mount Union College's men's golf team completed the final round of the Hiram Invitational in fourth place overall (632 strokes) out of the ten teams competing at the Fowlers Mill Gof Club in Chesterland, Ohio, on Sunday, September 17.

Mount Union was led by Mike Kobelak, who posted a two-day score of 155, placing him tied for ninth among the tournament field. Other purple Raider scorers included Tony Serra (16th/158), Nate Mullen (T19th/160), Jason Nussbaum (T19th/160), and Justin Rush (T22/162).

Final tournament standings went as follows: Ohio Wesleyan (607 strokes), Allegheny (611), Wooster (627), Mount Union (632), Wittenberg (635), Denison (649), Wabash (666), Hiram (674), Kenyon (724), and Lake Erie (778).

The Raiders return to action Friday and Saturday, September 22-23, at the Muskingum Invitational in New Concord, Ohio.
