Raider Men's Golf Team In Third Place at Hiram Invitational

Mount Union College's men's golf team is currently in third place overall (308 strokes) out of 10 teams at the Hiram Invitational, at Fowlers Mill Golf Club in Chesterland, Ohio, on Saturday, September 16.

Mount Union was led by Tony Serra, who posted a score of 76, which places him tied for fourth in the tournament field. Other Purple Raider scorers include Mike Kobelak (T9th/77), Jason Nussbaum (T9th/77), Justin Rush (T13th/78), and Nate Mullen (T18th/79).

First round tournament standings went as follows: Ohio Wesleyan (303 strokes), Allegheny (305), Mount Union (308), Wittenberg (318), Wooster (320), Wabash (331), Denison (332), Hiram (337), Kenyon (368), and Lake Erie (375).

The Purple Raiders will return to action on Sunday, September 17, in round two of the tournament at Fowlers Mill Golf Club, in Chesterland, Ohio.
