Once you have made the decision to study abroad, fill out the Mount Union Study Abroad Application form. The application requires an essay and recommendations from a student's professor, advisor, and the Dean of Students. Applications can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the Subcommittee on International Education. However, students should keep in mind the following application deadlines:

 

SUMMER

  • Feb. 5

Summer programs beginning in May/June

  • Mar. 15

All other summer programs

 

FALL

  • Oct. 5

Kansai Gaidai University, GST student teaching program and USAC’s Accra, Hiroshima, Oslo, Reading, Seoul, St. Andrews, Utrecht, & Växjö programs

  • Mar.15

All other fall programs

 

SPRING

  • Apr.5

 

Kansai Gaidai University, GST student teaching program and USAC’s Bangkok, Brighton, Bristol, Copenhagen, Cork, The Hague, Hiroshima, Msida, Oslo, Prague, Reading, Seoul, St. Andrews, Stirling, Utrecht, & Växjö programs

Mount Union's study abroad application may be downloaded from this site. It should be submitted to the International Programs Office in the Kolenbrander-Harter Information Center, room 105.
