- Consider attending a resume/cover letter workshop and prepare or revise your high school resume

- Investigate experiential learning opportunities (i.e. internships, externships)
- Participate in “Career Fast Track” exploration sessions with Career Development
- Investigate career fields that interest you through Career Development website, the Career Development Resource Library, or other resources (i.e. Internet)
- Utilize job fairs and Career Success Fairs as learning experiences (to identify hot job markets)
- Begin compiling your list of contacts
- Shadow various professionals in careers that interest you
- Attend summer jobs fair in early March
